You might be satisfied instantly and proceed to step 4 - the tattooing, or we can work together to make adjustments to the design until you are truly content. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET THE BEST COVER-UP TATTOO?

CAN SCARS BE COVERED UP?

Although [Recycle] cannot guarantee the final result because every scar is different and there are factors that are hard to control, such as whether the scar has taken ink or not. CAN A BOLD AND LARGE TATTOO BE COVERED UP?
